Tire Inflator & Tire Mounting Machines
Both of these Machines are for high volume production.  Both can handle tires and wheels in the following size ranges, with correct tooling:
1.  4-inch to 17-inch wheels, with widths ranging from 2-inches to
    12-inches.
2. Pressures from 15 psi to 60 psi.
3. All adjustments and tooling changes are simple.  A Quick-change
Device is available for ease in changing "Blaster Heads" on the            Inflator.
4. The Inflator has a separate page on the internet.  Simply key in
www://facebook.com/MastercraftTireInflator/ on your                             computer's search bar.
5.  Some of our customers report having production rates from
     2,000 to 2,800 units per 8 hour shift .

Filament Pipe Winder
This is an example of one Machine that we designed and built for a local customer.  When the fit is correct such a Machine is within our capabilities.
This Winder applies a filament to a mandrel and various materials are applied to the filament to form a very high strength pipe where hostile products are moved through it.  The Machine is approximately 30-feet long and weighs about 3,0000 pounds.  It is controlled by a PLC and is programmable for producing the desired pipe product.  A coating bath moves back and forth to apply material to the filament during winding.
Heat Seal Labeling Machine

This photo is one example on a line of Heat Seal Labeler we have designed and built for the apparel industry.  To date we have produced approximately 400 Machines.  According to the labeling volume a customer has, Machines are: Manual, Swing Arm (very fast), Shuttle Labeler (shown in photo) that handles more difficult applications such as placing a label into a finished shirt.

The Machines are very economically priced to make them cost effective for most end-users.  Some of our customers on the Swing Arm Machine tell us that their best operators can label about 9,000 to 10,000 units per 8 hour shift.  The production rate for this Swing Arm Machine is set at about 6,000 units per 8 hour shift.

Lift Table used with powered Roller Conveyor

This Machine is designed to provide for lifting a pallet from a powered roller conveyor in order to do another operation such as stretch wrapping the pallet and its contents.  This is a good example of the type of custom Machines that Mastercraft designs and builds for our customers.  Our design work is a means for us to provide meaningful service and machinery to industrial customers.  Since we are relatively small, our overhead is very low.  We invite you to contact us to discuss your needs.  We know you will be pleased with our results.  Simply phone Randy at 770-380-3397.

ABOUT
________

Mastercraft was established in the mid - 1970's.  We have always designed and built special machines and tools.  We have also done contract machine work and some fabrication for our customers.  The owner is a degreed Mechanical Engineer (BME, Georgia Institute of Technology, 1969).  Mastercraft is a small company with a machine shop, welding shop, and some sheet metal capabilities.  We control our custom machines with PLC's and do hook-up wiring and programming in-house.  We also use some local companies to do sub-contract work for us when the workload is heavy.  We also furnish manuals with our special machines.  Complete records on each project are maintained on a permanent basis.  In some instances, we build machines and tools for other companies who have a need for that service.
